Berlin, 2 March 2023 – talyo. Property Services GmbH  commenced the property management of the ‘roomments.apartmenthouse’ in Stuttgart. As well as commercial and technical property management, the new instruction, which began last month, covers letting management and warranty management of the property, which was completed in 2019.

With temperatures rising, barbecue season is starting again in Germany. But while barbecuing in your own garden is usually no problem, the question arises for tenants: Is barbecuing on the balcony or terrace permitted without restriction? talyo. Property Services provides tips on what tenants should bear in mind.

No general ban, but clear rules must be observed

talyo. Property Service GmbH (Talyo), a property management company with a focus on residential real estate, took over the management of 3,412 additional residential units in 2023. This increased the number of managed units to 15,412, which are divided into 10,856 apartments (2022: 7,800) and 4,556 micro-units (2022: 4,200). In total, Talyo manages 654,310 square meters of rental space nationwide. The company currently manages properties in 41 cities (2022: 35), including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig, Mainz, Munich and Wiesbaden.

Boris Drigalski, 52, is joining the management of talyo. Property Services GmbH (Talyo) with effect from 1 January 2024. Working together with Susanne Tattersall and Martin Henke, he will manage Talyo and continue to develop and drive the growth process. What’s more, Drigalski will enable Talyo to focus on the “WEG (condominium property) management” area of business and gradually expand it.

Just a fe the w weeks after its launch, “elevon”, the  micro-apartment brand created by talyo. Property Services (talyo) and Domicil Real Estate AG (Domicil) is proving to be a great success.

talyo. Property Services GmbH has been instructed by PATRIZIA SE to carry out the property management of the innovative “Havelufer Quartier”, a new development project, currently under construction in Berlin-Spandau.

January 23rd, 2023: talyo. Property Services has taken over the property management of five residential properties for CT Real Estate Partners Germany.

January 17th, 2023: talyo. Property Services more than doubled the size of its portfolio in 2022.
