Berlin, 2 March 2023 – talyo. Property Services GmbH commenced the property management of the ‘roomments.apartmenthouse’ in Stuttgart. As well as commercial and technical property management, the new instruction, which began last month, covers letting management and warranty management of the property, which was completed in 2019.
The roomments.apartmenthouse is situated at Tunzhofer Strasse 9, 11 and 13, in Stuttgart city centre. The building provides over 200 residential units with a total floor area of around 10,100 square metres. It was constructed to plans by the Hamburg design office Frank Theuerkauf. The target groups include business travellers, so-called ‘digital nomads’ and people seeking temporary accommodation with upmarket amenities in Stuttgart, the capital and largest city in Baden-Württemberg.
The property is part of the ‘domiciliumINVEST 13’ closed-end fund, launched by the HT Group (formerly Hamburg Trust). The fund concentrates on residential properties in major and medium-sized German and Austrian cities with dynamic population and economic trends.

A total of 152 high-quality furnished apartments are available for occupation, with one or two rooms and floor areas from 30 to 70 square metres. These properties are complemented by 52 traditional rental apartments of up to 98 square metres. The development includes a day care centre with around 700 square metres of floor space and a 224-car space underground car park on three levels.
In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous shopping opportunities, including the Milaneo shopping centre, together with café/restaurant and leisure facilities. Stuttgart Central Station is only two minutes away by underground or bus and the car park has easy access to the B27 federal road, the main road through Stuttgart.
