November 16th, 2022: Due to expansion, the Leipzig branch of talyo Property Services has relocated to the Listhaus, at Dohnanyistrasse 28, Leipzig. The move was necessary to provide increased space for the company, because it has received numerous new property management instructions in the area and is increasing its presence in the metropolitan region.
The Listhaus is centrally situated, very close to Leipzig Central Station and the company now occupies around 166 sqm of office space on the 5th and 6th floors. Importantly, all the office accommodation can be flexibly arranged as cellular or group offices, providing high-quality space creating an excellent ambience.
In terms of floor area, the Listhaus is one of the largest office buildings in Leipzig. It provides a total of around 34,500 square metres of office space, with clear room heights of three metres. The building also houses 4,500 square metres (net area) of residential and retail space.
