April 28th, 2022: talyo. has been instructed by LUWIN Real Estate to take over the technical and commercial property management of BE MAX on instructions from. The asset is situated in the Schmargendorf area of Berlin, in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district.

March 31st, 2022: talyo. takes over property management of Johannisgärten in Hamburg for the HT Group
March 23rd, 2022: talyo. has received its first mandate from investment and asset manager KGAL, Grünwald.
February 14th, 2022: talyo. Property Services has received instructions from Deutsche Asset One for the management of another 28 properties.
February 7th, 2022: talyo. Property Services has been appointed by Union Investment to carry out the property management of its “Urban Base” portfolio.
