Property Services has been instructed by Deutsche Asset One GmbH to carry out the technical and commercial property management of the new “Curve” residential complex in Wiesbaden. Situated at Maria-Sibylla-Merian-Strasse 2, 2a, 2b, 4 and Assmannshäuser Strasse 32, 34, 36, 38.
The “Curve” in Wiesbaden, the state capital of Hesse, is a residential complex comprising six properties. It was constructed by the local developer zederbaum development GmbH. Completed this year on the site of the property known as the “Künstlerviertel” (artists’ quarter), it occupies an 8,041 square metre site, andprovides 113 residential units, including nine fully furnished micro-apartments, with residential floor areas ranging from 31 to 170 square metres.
The “Curve” encompasses a total of 113 units, of which 9 are fully furnished micro apartments, with a living space between 31 and 170 square meters. The apartments have from one to four rooms and each features a balcony, terrace or roof terrace. In addition, there is a total of 117 assigned car spaces in the associated underground or surface parking facilities. 30 of these parking spaces have charging stations. There are also over 200 bicycle parking spaces.
The neighbourhood was designed in line with modern and contemporary standards with high-quality fit-out – including full height windows, underfloor heating, timber parquet flooring, fibre optic cabling and parcel delivery lockers. Heating is provided by climate-friendly district heat, which is expected to incur very low energy and heating costs.
