talyo. receives first mandate from LUWIN Real Estate and takes over property management of BE MAX in Berlin

April 28th, 2022: talyo. has been instructed by LUWIN Real Estate to take over the technical and commercial property management of BE MAX on instructions from. The asset is situated in the Schmargendorf area of Berlin, in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The residential development project is part of the MAXIMILANS QUARTIER, which is nearing completion.

LUWIN Real Estate purchased BE MAX under a forward deal in 2019. This is the first time it has worked with talyo.

The residential complex on Forckenbeckstrasse comprises nine interconnected buildings and a detached building on the north side of the site. It provides 253 apartments and a commercial unit of around 250 sq m. The 2 to 5-room apartments have floor areas ranging from 36 to 134 square metres. They feature real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating, fitted kitchens and high-quality bathrooms. There are parking spaces for residents in the on-site underground car park.

The BE MAX residential complex has attractive exterior facilities and benefits from excellent accessibility. Heidelberger Platz S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are only a ten-minute walk from and the bus service fromForckenbeckstrasse provides a direct link to Kurfürstendamm. BER airport is about 30 minutes away.

talyo will manage BE MAX from the company’s headquarters in Berlin.
