talyo. Property Services GmbH continues to expand its portfolio and has taken over the property management of 43 residential and commercial buildings in Berlin.
The assets are managed by MB Advisors GmbH in its role as asset manager.
The mandate primarily includes residential units as well as commercial, storage, and basement spaces.
The full transition of the portfolio became effective on August 1, 2026.

As of 1 January 2026, Johannes Ostwald has joined the Executive Management of talyo. Property Services GmbH. Previously Head of People & Culture at Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, he is moving within the group and will assume the role of Authorized Signatory (Prokurist) and Director Corporate Services at talyo.
