March 31st, 2022: talyo. has been appointed by the investment, fund and asset management company HT Group (formerly Hamburg Trust) to carry out the property management of the “Johannisgärten” in Hamburg.
Johannisgärten is a residential property nearing completion in the Neugraben-Fischbek district, that will provide around 5,400 square metres of floor space, spread over 76 residential units. The scheme also includes three commercial units, with a floor area of approximately 200 square metres. The property includes 32 surface parking spaces.
talyo. will manage the property from its Hamburg office. Acting for the HT Group, since 2020 talyo’s parent company Tattersall Lorenz has also been responsible for the property management of the “me and all hotel mainz” operated by Lindner Hotels.
