November 29th, 2021: talyo. managing director Martin Henke has recently participated as a panel member at the online roundtable „The Future of Urban Working & Urban Living“. Together with fellow experts from Greystar Europe, Domicil Real Estate Group and CORESTATE Capital Group he discussed current trends and developments regarding the various sectors of micro living, micro appartments, temporary living and housing scheme development.
“Mixed-use living is a trend. There is not only young professionals living in those new developments, but students and senior citizens as well. The boundaries between living and working are getting more and more blurred. An apartment is not just for living anymore, it can serve as a part-time office as well” is one of his thoughts on the subject matter.
