February 14th, 2022: talyo. Property Services has received instructions from Deutsche Asset One for the management of 28 properties. This means that the companies are significantly expanding their collaboration. Since last year, talyo. has been responsible for the technical and commercial property management, as well as letting, of a portfolio of 2,000 residential units in the federal capital, Berlin.
The properties in the new instruction are situated in in Berlin and the surrounding area. They include around 900 traditional residential apartments and 109 commercial units.
