We are committed to that concept for good reason. As a subsidiary of Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH, we are building on the solid foundations of a sound business, while developing new opportunities in property management.
To do so, we use digitisation as part of a philosophy that places individual people at the centre and optimises processes. In that way, we have more time for individual person-to-person consultation.

Susanne Tattersall (Managing Partner) takes the reins of talyo. on the basis of many years’ expertise in the real estate business. As founder and chief executive of the commercial property management company Tattersall Lorenz GmbH, she has always been a dedicated proponent of innovation. Her commitment to the solutions of the future is wide-ranging and encompasses a vast diversity of areas within the sector.

Boris Drigalski

Boris Drigalski (Managing Director) is a graduate of the BBA – Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V., Berlin. He has worked in the property industry for more than 30 years, in commercial, technical and infrastructural property management. Before joining talyo., he was Managing Director of Gewobag VB Vermögensverwaltungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft.
